Robert Bosch is setting up the Bosch Centre for Automotive Electronics at KCT to provide hands on experience on the Engine Management System, ECUs, Automotive Embedded Systems and Communication Protocols to the students of Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechanical and Mechatronics departments. This interdisciplinary centre is equipped with Diesel Engine Management System Demonstrator Kits from Infineon Technologies and various sensors and actuators from Robert Bosch. The centre will be a platform to develop and provide practical exposure to the students to enhance their knowledge and concepts behind some of the latest technologies in the areas of Automotive Electronics by RBEI. KCT and RBEI will sign an MOU for collaboration between RBEI & KCT and inaugurate the Bosch Centre at KCT on 16th November 2016. Mr. T. V. Sriram, Vice President & Centre Head, Robert Bosch will inaugurate the centre in the presence of Shri. Shankar Vanavarayar, Joint Correspondent, KCT, Mr. Girish Kamala, Head-Automotive Division, Infineon Technologies and Mr. Anil Prakash, General Manager-HR & Head of University Relations, RBEI.
